The Solent Coasts Cycling Challenge is organised by active volunteers of the UK charity Hope and Aid Direct (Registered Charity No. 1077146). For more information about the event visit our website at www.solentchallenge.org.uk

Hope and Aid Direct deliver humanitarian aid directly into the hands of refugees, displaced persons or those at risk. Their focus is currently in Kosovo although aid has also been delivered to Bosnia, Croatia, Romania, Zambia and Sri Lanka. They have no paid staff, only volunteers and are not affiliated to any particular organisation, religion or ethnic group. Their motto is simple: 'We take aid, not sides'

The money we raise through the Challenge is used by us to support the humanitian projects that we personally undertake in Kosovo.
